This article explains the information a district can collect and share to most efficiently request an export. This functionality requires a Basic or Premium plan — refer to our pricing here.
Forefront supports exporting data for Basic and Premium subscription holders. To set up a custom SFTP export, the first step is to contact a member of our team to make sure that the export is built to meet your district’s needs.
If you would like to set up a custom SFTP export, please send a request to support@forefront.education. Be sure to include the following information about the Forefront data you would like to export:
- Specific column headers needed
- Column order if relevant
- Data type requested – standards proficiency or assessment data
After receiving this information, our team will build an export to meet your specific needs. A job will then be set at an interval of your choosing to deliver data to an SFTP folder, where you can access this data safely and securely.
