Forefront uses SFTP for secure file transfers. When using an SFTP program, please visit the “District Info” page under District Management. A sample screenshot of this page follows below:
On this page, you will find the relevant information to connect your SFTP client to our server. To obtain the password:
- Click the “Regenerate” button.
- Select the “Copy” button to copy it into your clipboard. With this information, you will be able to connect to our server using the client of your choice.

To set up a regular data transfer to a third-party program (e.g. an SIS or data warehouse), please contact a member of our team to make sure that the transfer is properly configured. You can reach a team member by emailing support@forefront.education
