Affordable

Pilots are prorated subscriptions for the plan tier you wish to explore. No additional configuration fees apply. Note that there are some limitations on Premium plan features that require advanced configuration for piloting schools and school districts.

Flexible Scale

The most successful pilots involve a grade-level team or site-based team(s) that opt-in to exploring our tools. Grade-level participation allows for the aggregation of results to visualize grade-level performance trends.

Best Practices for Successful Pilots

Keep it meaningful and manageable.

Focus on the most important measures that you wish to gather to inform classroom instruction for your pilot. Smaller pilots, with thoughtful attention to the information they gather, can be just as insightful as larger pilots.

Make sure it's informative.

Ensure you have a mechanism in place to gather teacher feedback and inform the decision-making process. As a data solution serving teachers first, their input is essential to the success of your potential implementation. 

Invest less time upfront.

Successful pilots start with preconfigured solutions for data tracking and only explore advanced customization. If building assessment trackers, limit the scope to 1-2 instructional units in a grade-level.
