Tamara Mack

Tamara Mack joined Forefront Education in 2017 and leads efforts to grow the company, with a strong focus on customer experience and scalable processes. She is especially focused on building organizations with big impact that people love, through systems that support educators and strengthen classroom practice.

A former Peace Corps volunteer, Tamara began her career teaching and serving in school leadership roles at Arc-En-Ciel International School and the Institut Supérieur des Langues et des Affaires in Togo, West Africa. She has also worked in business development and operations with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and Pathways Togo, supporting mission-driven organizations at the intersection of education, policy, and systems change.

Tamara holds an MBA in Social Enterprise from Colorado State University and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Colorado Boulder.
