Christy Lockhart

Christy Lockhart brings 19 years of experience in education, mathematics instruction, instructional leadership, and professional learning to her role as Customer Success Manager at Forefront Education. Before joining Forefront, she worked with the Office of Mathematics Improvement at the Alabama State Department of Education, supporting districts across Alabama in strengthening mathematics instruction, intervention, coaching, and assessment practices. Throughout her career, Christy has served as an elementary and middle school teacher, math lab teacher, instructional coach, curriculum specialist, and regional mathematics leader. She is passionate about helping educators use data to inform instruction and improve outcomes for all students.

Christy earned bachelor's and master's degrees in Elementary Education from Alabama A&M University and a master's degree in Instructional Leadership from the University of North Alabama.
