This professional learning session ensures that your Fractional Reasoning Screeners (FRS) implementation supports stronger fractions instruction. Teachers, school-based coaches, and instructional leaders will leave with the knowledge and tools to analyze FRS results, determine needs for targeted instruction, and confidently use the FRS Next Steps for Instruction.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- Use Forefront to identify high-level needs across schools
- Generate reports to identify areas of need for individual students, small groups, and Tier 1 instruction
- Access and confidently use the FRS Next Steps for Instruction
Delivery & Duration
Virtual delivery of the live session is 90-minutes.
In-person training options can be crafted around your needs and durations vary. Contact us to discuss further.
Audience
This session is intended for teachers, instructional coaches, and school/district leaders. We cap participation for virtual sessions at 100 participants, but recommend groups of less than 40 participants per virtual session. Contact us if you would like to schedule multiple sessions for a larger group.
Facilitator
This training is led by David Woodward, the lead author of the Fractional Reasoning Screeners. With over 20 years of experience as a classroom teacher, district leader, and professional development facilitator, David brings deep expertise in mathematics instruction and assessment.
Pricing & Next Steps
Virtual delivery is priced at $1,500 per session.
