- Scoring a Sample AssessmentTo receive a certificate of completion, score one of the FRS assessments. You may decide which assessment that you'd like to score: the Early, Intermediate, or Advancing assessment. If you'd like to score more than one assessment for practice, you may also score all three assessments.8
